ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Megan.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and helping people flourish is my passion.

The most pronounced trait I have encountered in my clients over the last eight years is resilience. I believe that every person has the innate capacity to overcome the difficulties that life presents. This potential is tapped through collaboration between the client and the therapist to discover which tools and approaches will work best in each situation.

My therapeutic approach includes modalities from acceptance and commitment, client-centered, cognitive-behavioral, existential, feminist, and mindfulness therapies. I strive to meet my clients where they are in their healing process and provide safe, non-judgmental, kind, and direct counseling.
